Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products

Surprise websites, "open when" letter kits, and quiz results are our main products, and they are delivered instantly — there is no shipping involved. The moment your payment is confirmed, your unique gift link is generated and shown on the order confirmation page, and also emailed to the address you provided at checkout. You can share that link right away, at any hour, with no delivery wait.

2. Physical products

Where physical products (journals, candles, comfort kits, and similar) are offered on the site, the following applies:

• Processing time: orders are typically packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• Delivery time: once shipped, delivery generally takes 4–7 business days depending on your location within India, via our logistics partner
• Shipping charges: shown at checkout before you pay, based on order value and delivery pincode
• Tracking: once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email/SMS where available
• We currently ship within India only

3. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — factors like weather, regional courier delays, or address issues can occasionally extend them. If your physical order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll chase it up with our courier partner on your behalf.

4. Undelivered / returned-to-sender orders

If a physical order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery location after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the item value minus original shipping costs.
